Bulky body comes out if the person spend 4 to 5 hour in gym per day. So if you want to make big muscles then you have to spend at least three hours a day for weight lifting. There are many people who want big muscles but do not want to do any weight lifting. Do not ever opt for taking drugs which help in building drugs. It is recommended that you never opt for this option as there are many side effects of these drugs.

If you do weight lifting for just 30 minutes on alternate days then it will tone your body but will not make any big muscles. Weight lifting helps in burning calories. Even at the time when you are not exercising. Yes, believe me it is true. Suppose you do weight lifting three days a week for 30 minutes and you are regular in it. Now suppose there is a time of the day when you are watching TV. Even at this time you are burning calories. This is because of your muscle toned body.

Muscles take place of the fat layers in your body hence making the body toned and slim trim. This thing helps in loosing a lot of weight.
